We sell the Domelite dome SUPERDEALS in the 20 most popular sizes and they are available in single-walled, double-walled, triple-walled and complete with PVC roof upstand. The Domelite dome is available in acrylic and impact-resistant polycarbonate.

Daylight dome size

The daylight size is the light size, i.e. the actual size through which the light enters. With a PVC roof upstand, the roof opening is always 20 cm larger.

Dome material

You can choose between acrylic or polycarbonate plastic for the dome. Acrylic is 10 times stronger than glass and polycarbonate is impact-resistant and 250 times stronger than glass. 

Dome shells

The shells of the Domelite dome mainly determine the insulation value, but also how much noise is generated by rain or hail, for example.

• Single-walled is for unheated areas such as a carport or patio roof.
• Double-walled is the minimum requirement for a heated space, as otherwise you may experience condensation.
• However, for a well-insulated space, we recommend at least a triple-walled dome for its insulation value, or a flat roof window with HR++ glass or triple glass HR++ +.

A 16 cm high PVC roof upstand is included as standard. For better insulation, choose the excellent dome with ISO ++ roof upstand.

Clear or opal dome

You can choose between a crystal clear or opal frosted glass dome. Opal provides slightly less heat and light in the room and you cannot see through the dome.
