Electric roof exit hatch

• Clear opening size (roof opening): 120x360cm ( 1200 x 3600mm)
• Black ALUMINIUM outer profile RAL 9005, fully welded at the corners, including complete sealing with the glass.
• 3-layer TRIPLE GLASS SUN PROTECTION (inner side laminated with low emission - in between Argon 90% - outer side tempered). View technical specifications of the sun protection glass.
• WHITE inner profile (PVC reinforced with metal).
• Insulated upstand 37 cm; inside in white pre-coated steel; outside black fibreglass with 6 cm with 3 degree slope.
• Hinges on long side
• Anti Crush Safety System - as soon as the sash detects resistance when closing, the window opens again automatically 
• Two 24V motors - 5000N
• Conversion kit 230V AC / 24V DC
• CE tested in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC – Annex II-A
• Suitable for operation with wall switch (not included)
